A Chef's Chef - Anthony Bourdain Morale Patch

A 3"x2" velcro-backed morale patch in memory of one of the greatest chefs and culinary adventurers of all time, the late Anthony Bourdain.

It was his book, Kitchen Confidential, recommended to me by my first head-chef over a decade ago, that inspired my future career as a cook/chef, and has inspired many aspiring chefs across the globe.

I think the tortured but constantly curious spirit of this amazing man speaks to many of us, and deserves to be kept alive in any way possible.
